ACES Owner Joe Gunn has been in the construction and agriculture equipment business for over 30 years. Joe’s experiences range from new and used equipment sales to equipment training and fleet management. Beyond Joe’s experiences working with major OEMs and consulting with OEM dealer networks, he is also an active operator for his family's farm in Janesville, Wisconsin. On a regular basis, Joe can still be found behind the controls of a range of agriculture and construction equipment, giving him the boots on the ground experience to add to his technical background.
As his career progressed, Joe identified a lack of independent, third-party support available to OEMs and equipment dealers to acquire competitive equipment for testing and analysis. This led to the creation of Agricultural & Construction Equipment Solutions, LLC, better known as ACES.
Over time, ACES became involved in more areas of the construction and agricultural machine industry. ACES specializes in asset repositioning, appraisal and valuation services, third-party testing, on-site evaluations, dealer and OEM consulting, machinery training, and much more.
